Managing Director

Shane O`Callaghan is Managing director for Casey Kennedy Estate Agents. Shane  is a licensed estate agent and qualified Valuer with over 10 year’s experience in the Property Industry. Shane has superior knowledge in the running’s of block management.

Janet Loesken

Administration

Janet Loesken started working for Casey Kennedy Estate Agents in 2011 as a bookkeeper. Now, Janet looks after the accounts and administration for all the OMC management companies. She is also responsible for all smooth running’s of administration and recording of accounts.

Ralph Kearns

Property Manager

Ralph Kearns joined the company last year as our property manager. He has previous experience in conveyancing and property law. Having visited and worked in over 60 countries, Ralph has developed a unique sense of all cultures and how to get optimum results from the most unique situations.  Some of Ralphs previous experience includes projects such as 100+ bed hospitals, to letting and managing residential and commercial units.
