As a property owner, do I have any say in how the property is managed?

Being appointed as a director at the company’s AGM is the best way to have a say in how the property is managed. The members make the decision to appoint a director of the OMC, and the process is straightforward. If you are not a director, however, all recommendations and suggestions from OMC members are welcomed by the directors and will be taken into account during the decision-making process.
